It was founded in 1976 by Master Rogelio Giordano Magliacano and over the years has become an institution of importance in many parts of the world with thousands of disciples.
Master Rogelio Magliacano devoted himself to the study of martial arts and healing sciences from an early age, achieving high degrees inside the black belt in several disciplines and playing as Master in them, before he was ready to start learning Pa Kua with Master I Chan Ming. After a hard work of learning, Master I Chan Ming named him his successor and only responsible to continue the TRANSMISSION of the Pa Kua knowledge worldwide.
The International League of Pa Kua have education centres and offices in all corners of the world, such as Argentina, USA, Israel, United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Russia, New Zealand. No one knows for sure the origin of this knowledge, since Pa Kua can be founded until the prehistory of the Chinese people, coincidentally many historians say his appearance is probably dating to about 15,000 to 20,000 years, losing himself in mythological stories.

On 27 October 2006 the Master Rogelio Magliacano granted the maximum degree black belt in his most advanced disciple, Master Nicolas Moyano Darío, naming it Superior Responsible Master Holder and leaving to the direction of the International League of Education Pa Kua, to be fulfilled 30 years of its creation, thus closing a cycle.
After that he spent the last 8 months of his life in Buenos Aires, finishing the training of Master Nicolas Dario Moyano and preparing all future alignments of the School for when he was no longer physically present.
Master Giordano died in Buenos Aires, the 26th of March 2007, leaving as a legacy the pa kua school and knowledge to thousands of practitioners who continue to benefit from his teachings around the world.
