Cosmo-Dynamics - Tai Chi
For thousands of years Man looked at the planets to discover more about the universe around us. Through observation of repeated motions by the planets, the seasons and nature in general, civilization adapted their life cycles to the cycles of the universe. Today's technology has perhaps done most city dwellers forget the rhythm of the seasons (sowing and harvesting on specific dates in others), making it important to return to the ancient knowledge of Tai-Chi and study the movements that emulate the natural cycles of life. The study of cosmodinâmica incorporates slow movements that are used as a form of relaxation, and teaches control of all parts of the body. The movements are slow and practiced fluently. Students will focus on the development and control of the form, as well as increasing muscle tone and improve flexibility. Self-defense techniques are also learned subjectively, practicing forms. Students who study Tai Chi can better conditioning for the body and, more importantly, develop a sense of inner calm.
The cosmo-dynamics teaches sync with the environment and move with the dynamics of the cosmos. The form below is in sync with the movements of the universe, looking for inner strength and balance in the universe with introspection. It is open your mind and lose structure.
