The International Pa Kua School spreads the knowledge worldwide through different classes that focus, each, in one aspect of the Pa Kua philosophy as Martial Art, Acrobatics, Edge Weapons, Tai Chi (cosmo-dynamics), Sintony (yoga), Archery, Rhythm, Energy and Reflexology.

Self defense techniques, kicks and punches, twists, pressure points, locks and other forms of combat. Also energetic movements, stretching, meditation, breathing exercises, etc., because we preserve the traditions of the ancient martial arts, where each one seeks to complete the individual training (martial, philosophical and therapeutic).

Kids Martial Art
Kids Martial Arts is given to kids from age 4 and up. Children significantly benefit from the system that is built to suit their needs.The martial arts games, the kicks and punches, as well as the connections with other kids found through Pa-Kua Martial Arts, serve to increase the child's confidence, self-esteem, and social skills.
Sintony (Chinese Yoga)
Involves a work of movements and stretches that lead to harmony, both, internal (body and mind) and external (to the universe around you). Involves plastic movements and muscle tension in each of them, which leads the practitioner to better fitness. Meditation is a key point in the process of self-knowledge.

Acrobatics
It's a way to work our body and mind surpassing them within our limit. There will be a intense physical training, conducting exercises in dynamic tension of each muscle group. Progressively practicing skills with your body: hand stand, half moon, rondon, squadron, among others. Making poses with companions, seeking...

Chinese Archery
Great Eastern philosophers devoted themselves to archery the pursuit a higher state of consciousness. Work in sync with breathing movements, to achieve smoothness in execution of the shot. The various positions help to understand the body, and give the ability to adapt to mind. Shots in movement are the apex of learning, giving objectivity and speed of thought.

Tai Chi (Cosmo-Dynamics)
The Tai-Chi, martial art emerges as an ancient oriental conception to develop precisely a subtle ordering of passage from one stage to another (change) through continuous movements, gentle, permanent and based on the introspective nature of mutations, leading to a path of self-knowledge, starting with experiences and feelings that trigger our body.
Special Courses
Apart from regular classes, we offer a wide range of short courses on specific topics of training. The courses enrich the student's knowledge and provide a more complete training within the Pa Kua knowledge. The courses are divided into modules and are available anytime for booking at our studio in Cambridge.
